Electrical Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer with 0–2 years of experience to join our manufacturing team. This role will focus on troubleshooting electrical systems, supporting project-based initiatives, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on production equipment, systems, and controls.
• Support project-based work, including installation, commissioning, and upgrades of electrical systems.
• Assist in developing and implementing preventative maintenance strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, mechanical, process engineering) to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Document troubleshooting steps, root cause findings, and corrective actions.
• Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of electrical modifications or improvements.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Provide technical support for day-to-day operations and continuous improvement projects.
