Radiologic Technologist II

Skokie Hospital Endeavor Health is looking for a radiology surgical technologists for busy Orthopedic and Spine surgery center.

Our technologists play a critical role in ensuring that imaging procedures are conducted safely and effectively in the operating room.

Position : Radiologic Technologist II

• Location : Skokie Hospital- Orthopedic and Spine Center
• Full Time / Part Time : Full time, 40 hours
• Hours : Monday- Friday 11am-6 : 30pm
• Required Travel : N / A

What you will need :

• License : IEMA licensing required
• Education : Certificate or Associate's degree from an accredited radiology program
• Certification : CPR certification required. ARRT registry eligible required.
• Experience : Previous radiology experience required- OR experience preferred
• Skills : Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills required

What you will do :

• Perform radiographic post -op exams
• Complete and submit information and images to RIS in a timely manner
• Assisting the Surgeon in OR- Fracture fixation' Joint replacements (e.g., hip, knee) Spinal surgery (e.g., laminectomy, spinal fusions, micro discectomy)
• Assisting in vascular studies; operating Zeego Suite- Angiography' Peripheral vascular interventions
