Position Summary
- Utilizes the nursing process to effectively assess the needs of patients.
- Identifies a plan of care; implements & evaluates the care given.
- Provides direct & indirect care to patients & leads team toward goal achievement.
- Coordinates & directs care given by other team members.
- Addresses systems issues to facilitate the provision of quality efficient care.
- Delegates appropriately to other team members.
- Excellent communication skills, leadership ability, time management & problem-solving skills required
Qualifications
- Licensed RN with critical care or telemetry experience.
- ASN required, BSN preferred. If candidate does not possess BSN, must agree to obtain BSN within 5 years of start date.
- BLS, ACLS certified through American Heart Association.
