Execution and support of essential daily grounds and maintenance upkeep, preventative maintenance, and monthly turnover for Class A, luxury apartments.

Minimum Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Organized self-starter and motivated, with strong work ethic, excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Maintenance or similar field experience preferred
- Extended hours for turnover work may be necessary
