Our Microsoft Solution Specialists (MSS) play a critical role in supporting the success of our customers. As part of Connection's Microsoft Center of Excellence our Microsoft Solution Specialists function as a dedicated Microsoft resource supporting our Business Solutions Group.

• Manages contract lifecycle for Enterprise Agreements to ensure subscription reconciliation, on-time placement of true-up, additional product and renewal orders.
• Produces cost analysis, product quotes and pricing visibility for Enterprise Agreements in partnership with Sales.
• Engages in Microsoft opportunity conversations with customers to build additional value and position Connection professional and managed services.
• Knowledge of Microsoft lifecycle and renewals process.
• Advanced MS Suite user skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• The desire to build, grow and forge lasting relationships.
• Ability to efficiently manage competing priorities.
• Superb communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
