Responsibilities
- Translate data from current system to future system, identifying problem areas and providing options for a successful transition of data.
- Create reports as requested / needed andmunicate analysis results.
- Continuously review data to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor all projects to ensure all goals arepleted within established deadlines.
- Be engaged on all calls, discern what applies to the conversion and apply that knowledge to the process.
- Identify, define and implement improvements throughout project life cycle.
Required Qualifications :
- Experience or Knowledge in SQL
- Excellentmunication skills
- Very detail-oriented with the ability to self-prioritize.
- Ability to meet or exceed established deadlines.
- Must have strong analytic and quantitative reasoning and enjoy problem solving,
- Attention to detail and quality assurance required.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Willingness to learn new applications / tools to align with business needs.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with one or all the following products : AMS360, EPIC,
- Benefit Management Systems, ZyWave, ImageRight / WorkSmart, Microsoft Dynamics (CRM), Programing Language (Python ETC)
- Technical Excel skills
- Ability to generate, execute, and interpret Excel Formulas, Macros, and Queries
