JOB DESCRIPTION
Maxim Healthcare is in search for a Pediatric License Vocational Nurse's that is interested in working and gaining hands on care for an infant client in Hanford, CA.
Patient is G Tube and Oxygen dependent.
Pay : $28 Per Hour Schedule is as Follows : Monday & Tuesday's 07 : 00 AM - 05 : 00 PM Wednesday & Thursday's 08 : 00 AM - 05 : 00 PMFriday's 08 : 00 AM - 01 : 00 PM Hands on training is provided and must have LVN license in order to apply For more information please call the office and ask to speak to Maria Verduzco at (559) 224 - 9078 or email Extra incentive bonuses : include a $500.

Responsibilities :
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care / services in accordance with prescribed orders
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and / or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications :
- Currently licensed as an LVN in the state in which the LVN will practice.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
