What You’ll Be Doing :

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care with professionalism and a dash of humor.
• Administer medications and treatments with the precision and grace of a seasoned professional.
• Monitor and assess residents’ health, ensuring patient records are always up-to-date.
• Collaborate with a skilled, multi-disciplinary team to create personalized care plans .
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents that’s germ-free and odor-free.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members because clear, caring communication is key.

What We’re Looking For :

• A current LPN license in the state of North Carolina.
• CPR certification you’re always ready for anything.
• Bonus points for experience in Assisted Living, skilled nursing, or long-term care settings .
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities whether cracking jokes or delivering care, you do it with heart.
