We have a Full-Time position open for an Experienced Service Technician. We are looking for someone who is dependable, trustworthy.
Duties :
- Perform maintenance and repairs to HVAC Equipment.
- Identify, diagnose and repair systems ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Use Hand Tools and Power Tools.
- Keep current on all manufacturer's products concerning their installation and / or repair.
- Complete all paperwork associated with the maintenance and / or repair.
- On-Call rotation.
Qualifications :
- Team oriented with the ability to work well and communicate with others.
- Understanding of HVAC systems field experience.
- The ability to install HVAC systems and components.
- The ability to maintain and repair HVAC systems and components.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and understand wiring diagram and system literature.
- Must own personal tools of the trade.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Demonstrates the willingness to accept responsibility.
- Neat, professional appearance
- Possess Valid Driver's License and clean driving record; clean pre employment screening.
Hourly pay, plus commission. Compensation contingent on skills and experience. Normal business hours Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, we rotate weeknights and weekends "On Call" duties.
We offer Health Care after the 60-day probationary period, IRA & Paid Holidays.
