Type : Temp to Hire

Salary : $18 - $23 per hour

History : Starting as a small refugee resettlement agency, we now serve over 3,000 clients annually across five key program areas : Refugee Programs, Survivors of Trafficking Programs, Immigration Legal Services, Health Programs, and Economic Prosperity Programs.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors, directing and announcing them appropriately.

Provide professional reception services during business hours, including answering, screening, and forwarding calls, and offering basic information to callers.

Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, emails, and faxes, ensuring they reach the appropriate staff members.

Handle additional receptionist tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and drafting correspondence.

Organize and maintain file systems, correspondence, and other records.

Ensure the breakroom is tidy and supplies are restocked as needed.

Required Qualifications

Language : Fluency in Spanish.

Customer Service : Excellent customer service skills.

Organization : Strong organizational skills with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail.

Multitasking : Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with a willingness to learn other software used by the organization.

Pay Details : $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
