Job Summary

An internationally recognized company, celebrated for its excellence in delivering top-tier services to both Partners and their guests, is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations .

This role will be based in the Austin, Texas area and will oversee a team of 9 direct reports while managing operations for 5 venues across the Dallas and Austin markets.

The Senior Vice President will report directly to the Vice President of Operations for the division.

Qualifications for the Regional Vice President of Operations :

  • Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in a multi-unit VP role, specifically in Contract Food Service or high-volume stadiums / event spaces.
  • Proven track record overseeing sales volumes exceeding $100 million.
  • A forward-thinking, independent problem-solver.
  • A leader with the ability to develop and mentor both teams and individuals.
  • Experienced business traveler who can optimize time spent at various locations.
  • Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time.
  • Strong financial acumen to consistently deliver results without compromising quality.
  • Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and adjusting strategies to meet or exceed financial goals.
  • Ability to embrace and instill the company’s long-standing culture within your market.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, focused on elevating market performance and team development.
  • Strong culinary experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with unionized work environments is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business Management (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.
