Your opportunity
The Regulatory Reporting function has recently been aligned to Investment Operations with a view to creating a centralized, dedicated team that will be responsible for all non-financial regular, periodic reporting to our multiple regulators and / or authorized bodies on which our regulators have some reliance (e.
g. Exchanges and Trade Repositories).
The team currently have responsibility for the following regulations : MiFID II transaction and post trade reporting, ASIC, Dodd Frank, EMIR, AIFMD, Solvency II, GroMiKV, Form PF, Form CPO-PQR, Form N-MFP, Form 13H Large Trader, Form ADV Part 1A, COVIP and VAG reporting.
In addition, the team is responsible for U.S. threshold disclosure reporting including monthly / annual Schedule 13G, ad hoc Schedule 13G reporting for hedge funds exceeding 5% and 10%, Form 3 and Form 4 filings, and quarterly Form 13F.
Registering new funds and / or closing funds on the NFA site may also be required, as well as filing pooled financial statements, completing annual Affirmations of funds on the NFA site and completing an annual NFA Questionnaire.
In addition to current reporting obligations, the team will assume responsibility for several other regulations during 2019 as our regulatory reporting is restructured and rationalized globally as well as new regulations such as SFTR.
Reporting to the Head of UK Investment Operations this role requires an experienced, focused individual to work on the majority of these regulations and cross-training within the team will be provided with the aim of building subject matter expertise across the team in a variety of regulatory obligations.

Must have skills
- Experience of any of the regulations mentioned above is preferred, but not essential. Training on the relevant regulatory requirements can be provided for exceptional candidates with an interest in Regulatory reporting, who can demonstrate excellent performance in their current and previous roles.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to strict deadlines
- Experience in the review and interpretation of regulatory text or control function. Strong problem-solving skills, able to identify risk and mitigate accordingly.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complexities in a comprehensive manner. Ability to build and maintain strong inter-departmental relationships.

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $110,000-$130,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.
This role will remain open through August 31, 2024.

Annual Bonus Opportunity : Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits.
Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
