The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for staffing cases and providing administrative support to the owners and management team.
Working side-by-side with our Recruitment and Retention Director and Community Care Liaison. We work in a team environment and support each other every step of the way.

As the Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for :
- Professionally and efficiently assist with all client and caregiver inquiries
- Set the staffing schedule for caregivers
- Build rapport and relationships with our staff, clients and referral sources
- First Impression Director for calls coming into the office
- Answer & triage calls from caregivers, clients and prospects
- Responsible for caregiver compliance with our ClearCare scheduling system
- Program lead for our Veteran Services bonus program included
- Assist with other related administrative duties / projects, as assigned
- Ensure consistent accuracy of database and file information for both caregivers and clients
- Collaborate with leadership team to accommodate client staffing needs
- Send updates to Owners, Recruitment and Retention Director and Community Care Liaison
- Sharing the rotation of on-call 24 / 7 duties - scheduled after business hours and weekends (Weekend Bonus Pay)
