Role Overview :
As an Experienced Event Planner, you’ll manage and execute a range of direct response events, from seminars to client gatherings, ensuring alignment with our goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Event Planning : Oversee logistics, venue selection, and entertainment.
Vendor Coordination : Negotiate contracts and maintain vendor relationships.
Budget Management : Develop and track event budgets.
Marketing : Collaborate on promotions and ensure brand consistency.
On-site Management : Supervise event execution and guest experience.
Post-Event Evaluation : Analyze success and suggest improvements.
Requirements :
6-10 years of event management experience.
Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
Expertise in budgeting and financial management.
Experience with Salesforce and Adobe
Must be able to lift 35lbs and travel out of town monthly.
