A company is looking for a Sr. Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist to provide expert technical and operational support for business loan servicing.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the subject matter expert for the core operating system on business loans and assist with system updatesMentor lower-level employees and independently book complex commercial loans while resolving system issuesPrepare and monitor monthly reporting, respond to inquiries, and identify areas for improvement in loan servicing functionsRequired QualificationsCollege degree or High School Diploma with relevant work experienceIn-depth knowledge of the Fiserv DNA core operating system (preferred)Excellent knowledge of business lending, particularly commercial real estate and SBA programsStrong understanding of business loan and deposit processesSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently
