We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative (SCR) who is proficient in Spanish and English to join our established Provider Services team at TurningPoint, in support of our federal client.

Job Responsibilities :
Respond to incoming inquiries, telephone and / or written, from providers.
o Research and resolve inquiries in a professional, timely, and accurate manner.
o Document all inquiry activities in the appropriate reporting system.
o Provide responses to inquiries in writing.
Thoroughly understand Customer regulations and expectations.
o Complete daily expectations of specified work.
o Maintain quality expectations as outlined by management.
o Monitor and report workloads on a daily / weekly / monthly basis.
o Prioritize workloads to ensure timeliness / quality standards are met.
Knowledgeable in all major NPI and TPGS operating systems.
o Identify processing deficiencies and initiate corrective actions.
o Suggest ways to improve work processes.
o Continuous learning.
Actively participate in ongoing training.
o Participate in weekly meetings.
o Be prompt, present, and actively participate in required meetings and training.
o Complete assessments in a timely manner and meet / exceed standards as outlined by management.

Education and Experience :
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum six (6) months customer service experience preferred.
- Basic PC skills.
- Keyboard skills (typing, 10-key, alpha / numeric).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Basic mathematical skills preferred.
