Job Title : Director of Evangelization and Discipleship

Schedule : Full Time (40+ hrs. / wk.)
Reports to : Pastor
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead parish-wide evangelization efforts inspired by Pope Francis’ vision.
- Implement programs to teach and inspire parishioners to become missionary disciples.
- Recruit, train, and mentor lay leaders.
- Plan parish retreats, small faith communities, and discipleship initiatives.
- Collaborate with RCIA and other adult formation programs, focusing on young adult ministry.
- Enhance parish communication and represent the parish at community gatherings.
Qualifications
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Theology or equivalent; Master’s Degree in Pastoral Ministry or Theology a plus.
- Experience in Catholic evangelization and discipleship.
- Practicing Catholic with a deep love for the faith.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work with diverse parishioners and minimal supervision.
