About the Role :
The Lead Business Analyst Enterprise and Commercial Solutions is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of software solutions that meet the needs and objectives of PCS Wireless’ various business functions and commercial engagements.
The role involves collaborating with commercial program owners, account owners, and other leaders, managing the software development lifecycle, championing the adoption and optimization of commercially oriented applications, establishing best practices for commercial applications and solutions management, and managing resources and timelines.
What You Will Do :
- Partner with engineering and oversee the project lifecycle for developing and implementing commercial and enterprise technology solutions, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with business function owners and commercial program owners, account owners, and other leaders within the commercial teams at PCS to identify business needs tied to programs and projects, translating these into software solution requirements and / or PRDs as applicable.
- Champion the adoption and optimization of business-oriented applications within the company, advocating for user needs, emerging innovations that are beneficial to the business, and changes that improve ROI to the company.
- Specific application types include, but are not limited to :
- Selection and Implementation of Business Applications (e.g. various HR, Financial and Commercial Applications)
- Developing improvements to ERP Functions that affect various business processes.
- Partner-specific Integrations.
- Sales and Purchasing APIs.
- White-label Websites.
- In-house business application development (requirements for building and enhancing web applications)
- EDI Integration Partners
- Establish best practices for business applications and solutions management, focusing on system lifecycle, security, and compliance with company and industry standards.
- Collaborate across the technology organization to ensure these practices are followed for PCS’s commercial applications.
- Manage resources and project timelines for business technology solutions.
