Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, scheduling, and inventory control.
  • Ensure exceptional service standards are maintained to create a positive guest experience.
  • Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Develop and train team members to deliver outstanding service and uphold quality standards.
  • Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability, and make strategic decisions to drive success.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth among the staff.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year restaurant management experience in full-service, high-volume restaurant or 6 months Front of House experience at TH.
  • Hospitality school background preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to speak and understand Spanish preferred.
