Description :
The Controller will oversee all financial and accounting activities within the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
This role requires extensive experience with Sage software to manage and streamline financial processes.
Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Manage the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and other regulatory requirements.
Utilize Sage software to maintain accurate financial records and streamline accounting processes.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Additional Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting or financial management role.
Clinical / medical industry experience is a big plus
Proficiency in Sage software and other accounting software.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
