Position Responsibilities :

• Perform heavy-duty resets in the Lumber department of major retailers like The Home Depot, Lowe's, and Ace Hardware.
• Travel to multiple locations within your state and neighboring states for the duration of the project needs. The ability to travel is an essential function of this role.
• Conduct remodels, resets, and restocking, ensuring displays meet planogram standards.
• Complete fixture installations, build displays, and accurately place price labels and signage.
• Lift, move, and stock product and building materials, often weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Work as part of a multi-person team to complete resets efficiently and on time.

Minimum Requirements :

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to travel to various locations within your state and surrounding states based on project needs.
• Show proof of a Valid Driver's License and current personal auto insurance coverage.
• Must be able to travel to and work in business locations without assistance from others.
• Must have basic tools such as work gloves, basic hand tools, tape measure, box cutter, all other tools will be provided.
• A smartphone with internet access, voice, email, text and ability to send pictures required.
• Possess a personable and friendly demeanor with clients and customers.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment and post-employment screening requirements such as a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, sit, stand, walk, carry materials / products, and safely utilize rolling staircases and / or climb ladders.
• Must be able to meet lifting requirements up to 50 lbs repeatedly and regularly without any assistance for the duration of the shift.

Work Schedule :

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility in working hours, including overnight shifts, and may involve travel to various project sites as needed by the business.

During project travel, accommodations will be provided at a hotel for the duration of the assignment, with arrangements made for periodic returns home.
