We are seeking a Director, Product Led Growth to join our team & lead our efforts in driving customer acquisition, activation, conversion, & upsell / cross sell through the optimization of our product-led growth (PLG) efforts.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a highly cross functional team developing & executing initiatives that increase the efficiency & effectiveness of our entire product led customer acquisition life cycle.
Responsibilities :
- Develop & execute a comprehensive PLG strategy as part of a broader hybrid GTM motion that drives customer acquisition, activation, conversion, & upsell / cross sell opportunities
- Formulate, test & optimize pricing & packaging strategies that drives in product conversion
- Lead a cross functional team developing & executing product led initiatives across the entire customer life cycle, from acquisition to retention
- Work closely with the product, UX & engineering teams to identify & prioritize features that will drive customer acquisition, activation & conversion in product
- Identify opportunities to optimize land & expand synergies with direct sales motion
- Partner with the marketing, sales & customer success teams to develop effective campaigns that support customer acquisition & retention goals.
- Analyze user behavior & customer feedback to develop data-driven hypotheses for improving product acquisition & activation
- Continuously measure & optimize PLG initiatives & campaigns through testing & data analysis.
- Work with a diverse PLG tech stack including Heap, Pendo, Intercom, Marketo, Catalyst & internal customer data platforms
Qualifications :
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing and / or product management roles, with a strong focus on PLG, PLS & growth initiatives
- Strong exposure & PLG experiences in B2B enterprise SaaS companies, ideally alongside a hybrid GTM motion that includes direct enterprise sales
- Experience leading high-performing cross functional growth teams
- Strong understanding of self service customer acquisition & conversion strategies, including in product activation, onboarding, & upsell / cross
- Demonstrated success in improving product adoption & retention through data-driven hypothesis testing
- Strong analytical data skills & experience using data to inform decision-making.
- Experience working with product, UX & engineering teams to develop & prioritize features that drive customer engagement & retention.
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse functions & teams
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science / technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS company required
- Website Technology and / or Digital Marketing experience a plus
Compensation : Conductor maintains competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
The NYC base salary range for this role is currently $175,000 - $220,000. Actual base salary offered may vary within this range based on education, knowledge, skills, abilities, relevant experience, internal equity, & geographic location, among other factors.
The actual compensation, if offered a position, will be based on these factors.
Variable compensation : In addition to the base salary, this role is also eligible for a 20% corporate bonus.
