HR Implementation Specialist
Temporary position during implementation process (7 to 9 months long)! *Transitioning from Paychex to Paycor*
Job Description :
- Collaborate with teams to improve processes, gather requirements, document changes, configure solutions, and drive user adoption
- Configure system forms / workflows in HR modules (payroll, employee file management, ATS, etc.)
- Provide updates on project progress in internal meetings
- Liaise with Paycor representatives for smooth transitions
- Support end users in system adoption
- Ensure data validation and up-to-date information with managers
- Serve as a Paycor subject matter expert
- Aid in policy creation and understanding system usage
- Assist with administrative tasks (employee file management, verifications, etc.)
Requirements :
- 4+ years of HR experience is required
- Must have hands-on experience with an HRIS implementation (Paycor would be IDEAL)
- Experience writing, implementing, and managing the messaging around HR policies and procedures regarding the new HRIS system is highly desired
- Change management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred
Additional Info :
- Pay : $65,000 to $75,000k
- Schedule : 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm M-F
- Location : Hybrid Flexibility
- Type : Long-term contract (7-9 months approx.)
