Job Title : Program Manager

Location : Redmond, WA (Hybrid)

Work Schedule : 35 hours / week (Negotiable), 1-2 days onsite per week

Contract Duration : 12 months contract with a chance for extension to the end of the calendar year

Overview : Join a high-visibility team as a Program Manager to support the Chief of Staff with rhythm of business (ROB), program, and communications tasks.

This role is based in Puget Sound and requires onsite presence in Redmond during critical periods.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Cross-Org People Projects : Drive and support various people projects and initiatives across the organization.
  • ROB Management : Create and manage business reviews, technical reviews, annual planning, leadership meetings, and cross-organizational reporting to ensure smooth and effective business and technology operations.
  • Operational Excellence : Plan, implement, and monitor projects to improve team efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Work with a wide group of stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality completion of business operation activities.
  • High Impact Communications : Develop communications for executive, manager-level, and organization-wide audiences.
  • Asset Management : Develop and manage organizational assets, including walking decks, policies & procedures, team websites, SharePoint sites, and Teams channels.
  • Strategic Initiatives : Lead and execute organization-wide strategic initiatives and change management projects.
  • Employee Engagement : Drive efforts like recognition, awards, feedback programs / surveys, MS Poll, and people planning to achieve business and cultural priorities.
  • Event Planning : Organize content for all-hands meetings, offsites, leadership team meetings, and business reviews.
  • Content Creation : Ensure timely, creative, and accurate dissemination of news and multimedia content.

Candidate Requirements :

  • Experience : 8-10 years in a similar role, with strong writing, event management, and end-to-end project management experience and proficiency with tools like SharePoint.
  • Skills : Excellent written, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills. Proven capability in driving positive business results through cross-group collaboration.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent training preferred.
