Job Description :
- 3 to 6 years’ experience as Robotics Engineer, the person will be doing the following Activities :
- Must have experience in DELMIA V5 (Robotic Simulation), 3DX (Robotic Simulation) beneficial.
- Execute Project activities such as Plant Investigation, feasibility study, Developmental Engineering (Interference-Clearance analysis, Weld Spot distribution to all robots meeting the cycle time, Problem tracking chart creation and providing multiple solutions)
- Specification Writing (Equipment Specifications, Robot Specifications, Process Specifications).
- Robots reach study (Robotic Simulation for various Weld, Sealing, Handling processes)
- Knowledge about Weld, Paint and Final Assembly process
- Provide engineering support for introducing new car models on a running line, Production Ramp-up for an existing line based on market demand and Line Innovation / Renovation
