Position : Business Analyst (Functional) Consultant

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst (Functional) Consultant with expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), SQL, and PL / SQL.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions to enhance the efficiency of our contract management systems.

Key Responsibilities :

CLM Expertise :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
• Analyze and understand business requirements related to contract management and translate them into functional specifications.

Business Analysis :

• Conduct detailed analysis of existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

System Implementation :

• Work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of CLM solutions.
• Provide functional expertise during the development and customization of CLM systems.

SQL and PL / SQL Proficiency :

• Utilize SQL and PL / SQL skills to query databases, extract relevant information, and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for optimization within the contract management system.

User Training and Support :

• Develop and deliver user training programs to ensure effective utilization of CLM systems.
• Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing queries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Documentation :

• Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, functional specifications, and system configurations.
• Ensure that all relevant documentation is kept up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Contract Lifecycle Management.
• Strong expertise in SQL and PL / SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in system implementation and customization, preferably with CLM products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Certification in Business Analysis or related field.
• Previous experience with specific CLM products (mention any specific CLM software used in your organization).
