Key Responsibilities :

• This individual will be responsible for handling the team and take decision and have client facing experience
• Install, configure, and maintain Cohesity and NetBackup systems to meet business requirements
• Design and implement backup and recovery strategies to safeguard data across multiple platforms and environments
• Monitor system performance and capacity, proactively addressing any issues to ensure optimal performance
• Develop and maintain documentation related to backup policies, procedures, and configurations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data protection best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to backup and recovery operations, escalating as necessary to vendor support
• Perform regular system upgrades and patches to keep the backup infrastructure up to date and secure
• Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on backup and recovery processes and tools
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing exercises to validate the effectiveness of backup and recovery procedures

Basic Qualifications :

• Minimum 6 years of experience with Cohesity and NetBackup platforms
• Possible occasional travel to Memphis
• HS Diploma / GED

Preferred Qualifications :

• Knowledge in DELL EMC Data Domain
• Knowledge on Data domain Administration
• Knowledge on VMware Administration

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
