Job Description : We are seeking a talented and creative Pastry Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for making delicious and visually appealing desserts, pastries, and baked goods.
You will play a key role in our kitchen, contributing to our menu and ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
- Create new recipes and seasonal menu items.
- Ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry area.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Pastry Cook or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and pastry arts.
- Creativity and a passion for dessert presentation.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
