Responsibilities :
Coordinate inbound / outbound shipments, update records, and minimize extra costs
Communicate delivery statuses with internal teams and carriers promptly
Monitor urgent loads and resolve any issues efficiently
Generate and distribute reports regularly using TMS software
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred
Preferably 1+ year of logistics experience.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
