ITU AbsorbTech is a hiring full-time Production Light Operator to join our team in South Bend, IN!
Our production facilities process industrial laundry : we wash, dry, prepare, and organize floor mats, shop towels, uniforms and Sorbits®, our own absorbent brand line of products.
Items that need to be cleaned come to our production facility directly from the customer.
In this role, you will :
- Sort, fold, separate and count received items
- Inspect garments for rips and tears
- Package products to be delivered to customers
- This is a physically demanding position that requires pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 30 lbs on a repetitive basis.
Pay : $15.31 an hour + $0.50 shift differential for 2nd shift.
2nd Shift Hours : 1pm-9 : 30pm, Monday through Friday. No weekends, no holidays!
Required Qualifications :
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position (pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50lbs, standing / walking for duration of shift)
