DutiesandResponsibilities

  • Responsiblefor developing structured 360 analytics plans in partnership withour strategy media client engagement and web analytics teams toensure reports / dashboards deliver against the needs of ourinternal / externalpartners.
  • Ensure 360analytics plans include endtoend focus tying marketing activity tokey financial capacity and brand health KPIs to inform decisionmaking.
  • Define distribution andcommunication plan for alignment and dissemination of reportingdeliverables.
  • Identifyopportunities for testing & experimentation to beintegrated into marketing programs develop test plans to increaseprogram performance.
  • Identifyopportunities to further enhance the holistic marketing programreports / dashboards in partnership with the web analyticsteam.
  • Leverage analytics models suchas marketing mix and attribution to support decisionmaking.Analysis areas include (but not limited to) audience segmentationlifetime value engagement and return oninvestment.
  • Support the translationof existing report requirements into workable report templates andmanage the transition of existing reporting from manual analyticsprocess to integrated marketing analytics tool such as Tableau Qliketc.

  • Define workflows andreport views in integrated marketing analytics tool to ensureselfservice automated reporting meets the requirements of internalmarketing stakeholders.
  • Ensureinternal marketing stakeholders have proper onboarding / training onhow to leverage selfservice automated reporting;

define and keep upto date onboarding program for marketing reporting for newdepartment hires.

  • Manage automatedreports / dashboards within integrated marketing analytics toolongoing basis develop new dashboards as needed and identify gaps inour marketing funnel and surfaceopportunities
  • This role will supportthe Director of Analytics in the development of a longtermmarketing analyticsroadmap.

Requirements

EducationQualifications

Bachelorsdegree in a workrelated field / discipline from an accredited collegeoruniversity.

Experience

7years of progressive responsibility and directly related workexperience.
