We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as a Corporate Variable Operations Director , reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales Strategy & Operations.
In this role, you will provide critical guidance, analytics, and accountability across various operational areas, including Pre-Owned Pricing, Acquisition, Trade-In Appraisal Optimization, Reconditioning, New Car Inventory Analytics, and Service Loaner Optimization.
You will drive growth opportunities in New, Pre-Owned, and F&I Retail business, collaborating closely with Regional Vice Presidents, Executive Leadership, and store leadership to ensure operational efficiency and strategic implementation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Mentor Dealership Operations Managers, Team Leads, and Supervisors.
- Conduct in-store audits to ensure compliance with the Norm Reeves Way Playbook.
- Prepare presentations for the Dealership Operations and Executive Leadership Teams.
- Monitor KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support business needs.
Minimum Requirements :
- At least five years of leadership experience.
- Extensive dealership experience in both variable and fixed operations.
- A proven track record in sales department management and variable production growth.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain business relationships with clients.
- Experience as an F&I producer or director is a plus.
