As a Customer Service Entry Level, Job Duties Include :
- Answer incoming customer calls, greeting customers while displaying an upbeat helpful demeanor.
- Verifies customer identity while comparing information to data stored in the system in order to ensure confidentiality & legal compliance.
- Researches customer issues, exploring transaction history, performing searches,( dollar amounts, dates), gathering additional information from bank documentation to identify the source of the problem for resolution.
- Solves problems - including taking action on fee rebates, activating cards, replacing cards, ordering checks, updating customer information, executing stop payments, taking applications for overdraft protection to address customer issues.
Skills :
- 1+ years working in a Banking or Call Center Environment.
- Detailed problem solver with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to cross sell & suggest / sell Banking products as needed.
- Excellent communication and Computer Skills.
