The ex e cut i ve assistant p l a y s a crit i c a l r o le in t he sup p o r t of the Pre s i d e nt / C E O and Boa r d of D irecto r s wh i ch req u ires i n of f ice t i me and s o me travel .

Primary r e sponsibilit i es incl u de manag e ment of the Pre s i d ent / CE O ’s a c t i vit i e s ; calendar, meetings , expense repo r ts, a s sisti n g in t he cr e ation of pres e ntations a nd other d ut i es as a s signed.

Support of the Bo a rd of D irecto r s a nd Boa r d N om in ati n g Com m i t tee includes s c hed u l i n g r e gu l ar meeting s , re c o r d i ng meeti n g m i n u tes a nd g e ner a l adm i n i str at ive ta s ks.

Th i s po s ition req u ires the ab i l i t y to ha n d l e c o nf i de n t i al a n d time s e nsi t ive i nfo r mation w i th the h ig h e s t l e v el of p r o f e s sional i sm and i n teg r i t y.
