Instructional Designer

Description : *An Instructional Design is responsible for working across teams to identify the most important gaps and leverage various modalities of learning to develop skills for our clients CX, Sales and our Partners.

Ability to take complex topics, make them simple to understand so others can take carry the message forward to our Customers and Partners.

The successful candidate for this global role requires an ability to develop content with SMEs, articulate technical and business solutions leading to positive outcomes.

Where appropriate, content may also be curated to meet the needs of our audiences.On this team you will be responsible for helping build and create training and employee career paths for employees.

This person will be responsible for helping curate and develop 400+ assets. You will help put these assets into a wrapper and easily consumable for the learners.

Job Responsibilities : Masterful Storyteller : Ability to take complex CX role, CX program or offer details and create a compelling and memorable story.

Creation of scripts, storyboards. Proven ability to go beyond the surface to get deeper in the content (business areas in CX, Partners - roles, programs, offers like BCS, Success Tracks, etc.

Collaborative Mindset : We work across teams and across geographies. Works closely with Marketing and GTM teams, Project Managers, Subject-Matter-Experts (SME), video capture and editing teams, vendors and contractors.

• Creative Visualization : Strong creative mind to take ideas and build captivating and compelling learning with industry leading tools and capabilities.
• Content Development : Part of the role is to create the assets and curate content as appropriate. Work closely with the Partner teams to align content to the needs of our Partners.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications : * Exceptional communicator at all levels The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of content development, storyboarding, scripting, video creation, eBook development and other interactive learning environments Ability to focus on business outcomes and an ability to articulate the business and technical benefits of offers and solutions High energy, enthusiastic and engaging with a global audience of learners, with varying levels of experience, from early-in-career through highly experienced Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Must possess exceptional presentation and storytelling skills to bring content to life Demonstrated business acumen with global perspectives About TEKsystems : We're partners in transformation.
