As an Assitant Head Fitness Coach you can expect to perform the following duties : Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts Making sure members are using the correct form and offering corrections if they aren't Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general and being aware of what the competition is doing Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout Being a team player Additionally, you'll need to meet these requirements : Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness Be AED / CPR certified Specific job duties and requirements : Job Title : Assistant Head Coach Overview : As an Assistant Head Coach (AHC), you will be empowered to provide leadership and direction to the Coaching team alongside the Head Coach (HC).

Requirements : Coaching a minimum of 8 classes per week Scored an 80 or higher on the 5C eval Current CPR / First Aid Personal Training Certification from one of the five listed : American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) American Council on Exercise (ACE) Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFFA) International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) Job Duties Include : Minimum weekly hours : 30 including minimum 8classes coached per week Assist HC with daily, weekly, and monthly Head Coach responsibilities.
