We manage projects from construction to property management encompassing a complete design / build. Our work ranges from the management and development of completely new builds, refurbishments, and fit outs for Companies.
We are currently looking to add a motivated individual that can work in a fast-paced environment to join our Construction team in Dallas, TX.
Willing to work at different construction sites around GTA
Job Responsibilities :
- Prepare floors / walls for installations.
- Assisting to install tiles in various construction areas.
- Assisting in maintenance and light repairs.
- Perform routine landscaping on the grounds.
- Assisting in paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.)
- Undertake light installation or carpentry (e.g., build cabinets)
- Assisting in repair equipment or appliances
- Assist in electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs.
- Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g., shoveling snow)
- Identify and report the need for major repairs.
- Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, trailers, and platforms manually.
- Examine and inspect incoming and outgoing items for accuracy, wears and defects and report any issues to supervisor immediately.
Requirements
- Lifting required up to 40lbs - 50lbs
- Experience of construction is required
- Availability to work full-time
- Good communication ability
- Vehicle to travel to various job sites across the GTA (must have driver’s license
- Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
- Attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent
