Optalis Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for our Riverview Care Center, located in Columbus, OH with apartment or previous skilled nursing facility experience.
Responsibilities :
- Provides the evaluation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of technical components of the facility.
- Assist with upkeep and maintenance of facility
Qualifications : Experience
Experience
Basic understanding of boilers, compressors and generators, HVAC systems, as well as various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Willing to train a qualified individual on the job training provided.
