We are looking to add a Life & Health Insurance Agent to join our team and contribute to our rapid growth !
Our firm and associated insurance agencies have been serving clients since 2006 in the western states . We are the in-house insurance & financial services brokerage for Planstin Administration.
Historically , the agency has focused on Individual & Group Health B enefits, Commercial Insurance, as well as Personal Lines (Home, Auto, & Umbrella).
However, starting in 2023 we began the expansion of our offering to include financial services such as L ife I nsurance, L ong T erm C are, A nnuities, Medicare , and more!
As part of our business expansion , we are branching out from serving clients in just the western states to a nationwide multi- line approach.
Given the growth that is ahead , this role will be pivotal in expanding our firm's services & offerings !
Who You Are :
An ideal candidate for this role may be an existing licensed agent or sales associate who is or has been captive to a carrier and is looking to transition to an independent offering .
If this is you, this just might be your dream position!
- 2-3+ Years of sales or sales management experience is preferred.
- Those who do not have insurance industry experience are encouraged to apply if you feel like your sales skills would be translatable!
- You are a person who is driven, knows how to get results, but is still teachable and coachable.

What You Will Do :
- Sales and Production :
- Actively prospect and generate leads through strategic networking, referrals, and community involvement, always striving for excellence in lead generation and conversion.
- Help nurture, convert, and close inbound new leads and former clients.
- Maintain a high standard of ethical conduct, avoiding "commission breath" and focusing on problem-solving rather than product pushing.

- Production Related Administrative Duties :
- Enter lead & client information into CRM systems and ensure details are up to date and accurate .
- Collaborate well with other staff & teammates.
- Assist with the personal production of the President & Agency Principal.
- Help with assigned projects and tasks.
Prosperous Advisors Employee Benefits :
Compensation : $40 ,000 - $50,000 Base Compensation ( Depending on experience , and which pay structure is preferred) with opportunity to earn total compensation of $50,000 -$70,000 + in the first year through commission s .
S ubsequent earning potential in future years being $100k -$ 150k +
