Robert Half is partnering with a wonderful client in New Orleans that is searching for a Financial Analyst to join their team.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, economics, or similar concentration
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize work with strong attention to detail, while responding to tight deadlines
- Strong Microsoft Word skills and experience with other Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively work independently and in groups.
- Capability of working with discretion and tact in an environment exposed to a high level of sensitive and confidential information.
- Focus on the client, with skill to take initiative to add value, and collaborate in a manner that supports team success.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in financial and productivity data entry for modelling, benchmarking, and analyzing.
- Compile quantitative and qualitative financial / operational information.
- Conduct market research specific.
- Conduct ad hoc / special projects.
- Work collaboratively with valuation analysts to produce various financially analyses along with helping complete sections of the written valuation / consulting reports.
- Ability to multi-task and manage various projects based on priorities set by senior members of the team.
- Support senior team members in maintaining client relationships through timely completion of projects and effective consulting services.
- Maintain records in project management system.
- Work independently to meet various deadlines.
- Provide excellent customer service to each client.
- Strive for accuracy and maintain integrity with each project and in each team interaction.
- Work as a vital member of our team.
- Work toward continuous quality improvement.
- Stay current with changing technology, including software programs.
