Robert Half is partnering with a wonderful client in New Orleans that is searching for a Financial Analyst to join their team.

The ideal candidate must live within driving distance to New Orleans, LA.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, economics, or similar concentration
  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize work with strong attention to detail, while responding to tight deadlines
  • Strong Microsoft Word skills and experience with other Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively work independently and in groups.
  • Capability of working with discretion and tact in an environment exposed to a high level of sensitive and confidential information.
  • Focus on the client, with skill to take initiative to add value, and collaborate in a manner that supports team success.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in financial and productivity data entry for modelling, benchmarking, and analyzing.
  • Compile quantitative and qualitative financial / operational information.
  • Conduct market research specific.
  • Conduct ad hoc / special projects.
  • Work collaboratively with valuation analysts to produce various financially analyses along with helping complete sections of the written valuation / consulting reports.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various projects based on priorities set by senior members of the team.
  • Support senior team members in maintaining client relationships through timely completion of projects and effective consulting services.
  • Maintain records in project management system.
  • Work independently to meet various deadlines.
  • Provide excellent customer service to each client.
  • Strive for accuracy and maintain integrity with each project and in each team interaction.
  • Work as a vital member of our team.
  • Work toward continuous quality improvement.
  • Stay current with changing technology, including software programs.
