General Manager - Gerald Auto Group
Gerald Auto Group is growing fast, with 14 locations in the suburbs of Chicago. We are looking for a General Managers for our newest Kia dealership in Matteson Illinois.

Job Responsibilities
- Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in dealer management.
- People oriented with customers and employees.
- Generating high volume / gross.
- Excellent CSI history.
- Determine monthly and yearly forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits.
- Work with departments to achieve specific goals and objectives.
- Create a positive culture for the team and create a team atmosphere focusing on employee retention.
