Customer Service Alarm Agent- Swing

This is Non-Exempt position starting at $17.24 an hour

The Security Operations Center Representative processes incoming signals in adherence to policy and follows designated procedures.

Alarm Monitoring Agents will respond and communicate with Interfaces customers in a positive and pleasant manner.

Training is provided!

Customer Service Alarm Agent-Swing :

• Process incoming alarm signals, example- burglary or fire alarms
• Dispatch proper authorities and notify responsible parties
• Run and complete shift reports
• Communicate with previous shift and handle what needs to be done
• Answer phones
• Follow up with customers on problems
• Control nuisance and / or faulty equipment by issuing service tickets
• Log all shift activity
• Train new employees
• Other duties as assigned by Management
• Work swing shift 1 : 30 PM CST- 10 : 00 PM CST

Job Requirements

CUSTOMER SERVICE ALARM AGENT QUALIFICATIONS :

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous Customer Service Experience a plus!

SKILLS and ABILITIES

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with customers over the phone in all manner of conditions
• Customer service skills
• Ability to work some holidays
• Ability to work without direct supervision
• Computer skills
