A successful Project Manager will drive NPI planning for key technologies. Responsibilities will encompass matrix management, reporting, logistic readiness, and project management activities.

The preferred candidate is a strategic problem solver who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate changes, analyze risks, and execute complex mitigation strategies in support of engineering development builds.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for :

• Preparing comprehensive project execution plans, resource allocation plans, process accountabilities, RACI & governance
• Leading large, cross-division functional teams or projects that will drive successful products to market to meet business objectives
• Establishing the metrics required to measure business performance and recommend the go-forward strategy to address performance gaps
• Tracking the metrics, evaluating actual performance, and making recommendations to business leaders on performance target achievement
• Evaluating business plans to ensure they are operationally executable against defined strategic objectives
• Creating and develop program reports and summaries for executive management in conjunction with team leads across IET Industrial Solutions

To be successful in this role you will have :

• Bachelor's Degree Required, preferably in STEM or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 5 years total experience in strategy planning or project management or operations
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering enterprise software with focus on analytics and machine learning
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to present to management
