Shift Details : Seeking a bilingual, fully licensed clinician to provide exceptional care to adults in our Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic, with an option to work from home one day a week with management approval.

Our multidisciplinary team includes esteemed Psychiatrists, Registered Nurses, Professional Counselors, Social Workers, and Support Staff dedicated to community well-being in English, Spanish, and Polish.
Job Summary
As a Behavioral Health Clinician, you will :
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations of patients to determine Mental Health / Substance Abuse Care needs.
- Deliver direct clinical psychosocial therapy through individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Assess and address each patient's age-specific needs using an understanding of developmental principles.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need :
- A Master's degree in Social Work.
- An active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in Connecticut.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient documentation and computer skills.
- Experience working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Bilingual proficiency is required.
