Day to day as a DME Front Office Team Member
As a Full-Time DME Front Office Team Member at Comed Respiratory and Medical, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients.
Your responsibilities will include greeting patients with a warm and empathetic approach, efficiently managing phone calls and patient inquiries, scheduling appointments and product deliveries, and following up with patients regarding their appointments and deliveries.
Additionally, you will be involved in delivering products when necessary, tracking orders, verifying insurance benefits, obtaining authorizations, and collecting payments.
Your attention to detail will be crucial in handling DME billing duties accurately. By maintaining a clean and well-organized work area, you will contribute to a professional and customer-focused environment.
