JOBSUMMARY

OptisConsulting is actively seeking a Business Development Representative to join our Vancouver Toronto Calgary NewYork City or Salt Lake City team.

As the Business DevelopmentRepresentative you will spearhead accountmanagement drive data analysis and pioneer new businessopportunities.

We seek a driven professional motivated bychallenges with tenacity a proactive approach and a proven track record insales within Enterprise SaaS Procurement or Supply Chainsoftware / services.

Thisis a n accountmanagement and demand generation role working with large enterpriseaccounts and Clevel executives collaborating with ourAlliance Sales and MarketingTeam s .

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • AssistOptis sales leadership in building and maintaining relationshipswith account executives at our software alliances to increasesales
  • Preparematerials for conversations withstakeholders
  • Utilizeanalytical tools and methods to extract meaningful insights on ourprospective clients to improve prospecting and accountstrategy
  • Coordinateactivities / actions and ensure consistency of sales processesacross Optis sales staff
  • Drivedemand for software alliance events Optis owned events andtradeshows
  • Ownfollow up and nurture leads fromevents
  • Manageinbound demand from Optis websiteconversions
  • Demonstratethorough knowledge of Optis service offerings and value propositionas well as those of our software partners (Coupa Ivalua SAP Aribaand GEP)
  • Workin Excel to analyze account data forOptis
  • Conductoutbound sales efforts to drive lead generation both via emailphone LinkedIn etc.
  • Staycurrent on company offerings and industrytrends

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1years of experience as a sales development resource / businessdevelopment resource in Enterprise SaaS Procurement or Supply Chainsoftware and / or services
  • 6months in field sales preferred but notrequired
  • Abilityto prospect across multiple platforms (phone email social mediaetc.)
  • Consistenttrack record of achieving targets for qualified meetings oropportunities
  • Experienceworking with Salesforce or similarCRM
  • Procurementor Supply Chain Domain knowledge ispreferred

SALARY

$60000$70000 per year plus 30% of variablecompensation.

1+ years of experience as a sales development resource / businessdevelopment resource in Enterprise SaaS, Procurement, or SupplyChain software and / or services 6+ months in field sales preferredbut not required Ability to prospect across multiple platforms(phone, email, social media, etc.

Consistent track record ofachieving targets for qualified meetings or opportunitiesExperience working with Salesforce or similar CRM Procurement orSupply Chain Domain knowledge is preferred
