General Summary and Purpose : The Senior Financial Analyst is a core team member of the Finance Team. The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for creating and compiling financial metrics to help senior management make timely business decisions.

This position adheres to tight deadlines and a multitude of supporting roles. The Senior Financial Analyst will have contact with senior management, which requires strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal.

The Senior Financial Analyst must have strong U.S. GAAP knowledge required in interpreting the monthly operating results.

Duties and Responsibilities : Finance :

• Performs monthly financial analytics, such as :
• Variance analytics and KPIs for internal reporting
• Cashflow forecasting financial review and GL coding
• Sales analytics o Concentration analysis for financial filings
• Personnel fluctuations
• Fixed assets spend o Inventory standard variances
• Contributes to the preparation of detailed annual financial budgets, reforecasting and providing deliverables to senior management
• Maintains month end and weekly operating reports and distributes KPI reports to senior management
• Assists in the design and maintenance of clean data requirements for all consolidated operations, including data validation criteria
• Works closely with accounting on GL coding and variances
• Supports the construction of long-term forecasts for financial statements
• Provides the accounting team with SOX compliance testing and documentation for finance-owned processes
• Supports SEC reporting with required disclosures and MD&A
• Leverages enterprise-level tools such as Power BI, Adaptive Workday Planning, NetSuite and UKG
• Completes ad hoc requests for miscellaneous data requests and financial modeling projects.

Job Requirements :

• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment, and accomplish those tasks in a detailed, timely manner.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of organization.
• Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow
• Ability to quickly learn new software applications and create ad hoc reports

Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Minimum 3-years of experience in a corporate setting performing financial analysis functions or similar duties
• Proficient in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient understanding of GAAP accounting
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with team members across the business Preferred Experience :
• Experience working in a public company in a SOX environment
• Experience with creation of financial statement and cash flow forecasting
• Understanding of inventory costing and forecasting
• Experience with NetSuite and Adaptive

The US base salary range for this position at full-time is $81,329 - $130,104 per year. Our salary ranges are determined by position, level, location, and market competitive benchmarks.

Individual pay within a level is determined by work location (including geographic pay zone region), job related skills, experience, education, and training.
