In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and service for their IT needs.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities :
Provide top-tier customer support for IT-related issues via phone, email, and chat.
Efficiently manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
Communicate technical solutions clearly to clients, keeping them informed about issue status.
Collaborate with the technical team for issue escalation and swift resolution.
Proactively monitor systems and educate clients on best practices to reduce support requests.
Qualifications :
Customer service or / and sales experience in IT services.
Strong technical aptitude and understanding of IT systems.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Familiarity with helpdesk software and ticketing systems.
