Responsibilities
Develop and implement policies, procedures and strategies related to the physician practice operations.
- Develop goals, plans and standards consistent with clinical, administrative, legal and ethical requirements / objectives of the organization.
- Plan, organize, and direct all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.
- Prepare operational and departmental budgets and ensures compliance with allocated funding. Coordinate and directs internal / external audits.
- Direct and evaluate practice activities to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
Requirements
Education :
High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership / management OR Associate's degree / Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership / management.
Additional Preferences
Preferred experience in Women's Health or Behavioral Health
