Overview Job Responsibilities :
1. Support ESP enrolled clients in :
Processing and navigating the challenges of being an educator
Developing coping strategies for job-related stressors
Establishing work-life balance
Implementing self-care skills to strengthen resilience
Effectively attending to personal life stressors to reduce impact on career success and burnout
Addressing mental health problems that are impacting daily functioning
2. Conduct clinical assessments, diagnose mental health disorders, and develop personalized treatment plans for clients
3. Document all clinical work accurately and maintain client records according to established RVCC and regulatory standards and procedures
Job Requirements :
Education Level - Master’s degree with a concentration in counseling, clinical psychology, or social work.
Years of Experience - Three years’ experience as a therapist or in a counseling role. Must have previous experience working in a school-based setting.
Skills / Abilities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal skills; crisis intervention skills;
organizational skills; attention to detail; computer skills; good customer relations skills; knowledge of legal and ethical issues pertaining to the profession
Licensing - LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD or PhD required.
Hiring Bonus :
Up to $4,000 for Independently Licensed Clinicians (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, Lic. Psychologist)
An additional bonus for Bilingual Clinicians - Up to $2,000
